1. Products with regular shapes or soft surfaces: For products with regular shapes or soft surfaces, such as meat sausage products, soy products, etc., it is not necessary to require high mechanical strength of the material, only the barrier properties of the material and the effect of the sterilization temperature on the material influences. Therefore, for such products, packaging bags of OPA/PE structure are generally used. If high temperature sterilization (above 100°C) is required, OPA/CPP structure can be used, or high temperature resistant PE can be used as the heat seal layer.
2. Products with high surface hardness: products such as bone-in meat products, due to their high surface hardness and hard protrusions, are easy to pierce the packaging bag during vacuuming and transportation. Therefore, the packaging bag of this type of product needs to have a good With high puncture resistance and cushioning properties, you can choose a vacuum bag made of PET/PA/PE or OPET/OPA/CPP. If the product weight is less than 500g, you can try to use OPA/OPA/PE structured packaging bags, which have good product adaptability, better vacuum effect, and will not change the shape of the product.
3. Perishable products: low-temperature meat products and other products that are easy to deteriorate and require low-temperature sterilization do not have high requirements for the strength of the packaging bag, but they require excellent barrier properties, so you can choose a pure co-extruded film, such as PA /PE/EVOH/PA/PE structured film can also be dry-coated, such as PA/PE film, K coating material can also be used. For high-temperature products, PVDC shrink bags or dry multiple bags can be used.
